Both. Most engagements run research through to a shipped product: UX research establishes what’s actually happening, design turns that into an interface, and our engineers build and ship it. Clients can also stop after any one stage.
A focused research or design sprint runs two to six weeks. Full build engagements are scoped in phases, usually eight to sixteen weeks per phase, so you see working software regularly rather than waiting for one big release.
